Chocolate can lower blood pressure

In research published in the European Heart Journal suggests that eating chocolate can lower blood pressure. It added that more than 19 000 people who ate half a bar of chocolate each week have a lower blood pressure. They also have the risk of heart attack and stroke are lower by 39%.

This study was conducted to see the consumption of male and female middle-aged for eight years. This study compared the prang that ate the most chocolate and the least. The difference between these two groups only 6 grams per day, together with a small, square cut on one day.

Brian Buijsse, from the German Institute of Human Nutrition, Nuthetal stated that the online pharmacy without prescription "in the beginning we had hypothesized that ekanan koklat have an effect on the blood, so that consumption of chocolate may lower the risk of stroke and heart attack."

In the study found that people who eat more chocolate heart attack risk reduced by half and the risk of stroke decreased by almost half, compared with people who eat chocolate at least. However, Buijsse warned that by consuming chocolate one should not increase total caloric intake or reducing consumption of other healthy foods.

The researchers believe that flavonols from cocoa is the reason why chocolate is good for blood pressure and heart health of people. And because dark chocolate has more cocoa the chocolate has a greater influence.

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
